By far the best BBQ I have ever had, everywhere I travel I find a BBQ joint people recommend and this was the best from everywhere I have been. On top of the food the staff was awesome and great customer service!

My now husband and I wanted a whole pig for our wedding. After asking around at a few butcher shops to see if they knew anyone who would be willing and able, we were pointed towards Eric of Not Just Q. He happily helped us with understanding what it would entail and what he needed from us. He worked out with us the details of when, where, how, and how much to would get the job done. He was professional but friendly. He even delivered it right to our reception fresh out of the smoker! There are not a lot of people out there willing to smoke a 42 pound pig, but he did it, and more, for us. Now onto the pig. This pig just fell apart, it was so tender and juicy, I wasn't aware pork could be so moist. The color was perfect. The whole thing was ment to be the star of the buffet, and by golly it was! People are still talking about it months later. We had multiple guests who were not fans of pork before, that have decided they want to give another try because of how much they enjoyed it. And this was not something you get a lot of practice making. I can not imagine how delicious the dishes would be that Eric makes on a regular basis!
