Really disappointed. I came in today to order advertised value duets. I intended to order 2 value duets of chicken salad... sandwich and wild rice soup for 5.99. My problem is that since the soup was apparently out and doesn't have a substitute for thevalue option, I am now obligated to order a full sandwich and 2 soups at full price instead of the advertised duet price. Iaddressed this with Lorenzo, a manager, content to tell me that there is nothing to be done... as he sat on a laptop in thedining room and ate his own meal. I guess I should mention that the registers are down and I also am obligated to order throughthe kiosk, where the first item I see displayed, is the duet... So, no service, nor attempt to assist, and left with thedisappointment of being told there isn't a way to fulfill the promised value duet. I guess that Panera should really think aboutintegrity, customer service, and a better way to retain a customer. I am content to leave and buy nothing. Maybe next time, yourM.O.D. will be concerned about making the customer happy, supplying food for a paying customer instead of filling his gullet,and maybe expressing (at minimum) a little empathy. I was picking up takeout for my friend and was only given a single bag, when I returned the lady behind the counter blatantly... lied about me having been called back to pick up my second bag, which never happened, in her rendition of the story I thenthanked her, a woman who I have never seen. And proceed to give me a difficult time receiving the order I paid for. When I doget the second half of my order, it was also wrong and I recommend never going to this Panera, terrible management, lyingkitchen staff, I would give it a 0/5 if I could. Read more
Waiting time was too long when ordering for pick up. It tells u it will be ready in about 5 min but then u get at the place and... wait actually for 30 min or more to pick up ur order. And the place was quite empty so just two tables were occupied and 1person was like me waiting for the order...but them more people started showing up after me and waiting for their orders whichthey got and I was still waiting... so it became actually 45 min + the wait. Around the time u was waiting I checked to see ifthere were bagels but they were out of it for the day...couldn't believe that by 4 pm they were aleady out of bagels...the foodis great which is the sad part. Food/Beverage: 10/10 The food was as expected. Awesome. BBQ Salad is great and enjoyed every bit of it. As stated, fresh... ingredients put together well by their chefs. This has become my favorite location and I frequently visit it every week. Highlyrecommend. The French Baguette here is well made and portioned nicely, other locations Service/Atmosphere: 10/10 Service isgreat everyone is very helpful and haven?t had any negative experiences and seems like I never will here. Very well kept andcleaned, that says a lot of the staff. Restrooms: 10/10 Clean and stocked as it should. I hate to get to a restroom to find notowels to dry your hands, no tissue paper in the stalls or especially no soap to wash your hands right before your meal. Check alocations restroom in regard to cleanliness and it?s stock, it will say a lot of how a place is taken care of especially whenyour food is handled. This place is top notch. Read more

Im not quite sure what is happening is here but I'm pretty sure I have really good idea. Workers seem like they don't want to be... there and it really reflects off of them. Stood at the front cash register for a few minutes and workers in the back couldclearly see me and didn't say a word. After a few minutes an employee walked right in front of me and didn't say a word tous. She came back out from the side door and another employee comes out and starts taking out order. We waited for awhile forour food and once it was done we went and picked it up and noticed that my avocado was missing from my green goddess cobbavocado salad with no avocado no egg no chicken or Cobb. I had brought this up to them and I was so upset and I even asked forsilver wear since they forgot to give me that. She got an attitude and pointed right in front of her where they were and I askif she could please hand them to me since they were across the room. I would never come here again.
