I had not been here in a long time. Went in the hopes to get breakfast but it was late (11 am). They were no longer serving... breakfast. We ended up getting an orange juice, a croissant, and a parfait to go. Everything was tasty except for the orangejuice. Normally love the food here. And while today was not an exception of that rule, I'm horribly disappointed by the total inability... to get the right order right. From now on, I feel like I will have to check my order before I leave the store just to make surethat they followed simple instructions like no tomatoes and no mayo. Used to love this place. We would always stop for lunch to get salad and soup. Recently we started going back and sadly have... been very disappointed I feel like either the cooks/food prep either need tk get to know the menu or use the menu whenpreparing food. Last two times we came here we had to send food back cause it was completely wrong. For example this last timemy wife ordered the chicken and artichoke panini. It arrived as toast with a slice of turkey. I ordered the grilled cheesedeluxe and was on burnt white bread toast with cheese and bacon (pictured). Previous time I ordered the California turkey andserved on cold regular white bread and not sourdough and that?s after sending it back cause it was the wrong sandwich. Iunderstand COVid 19 limitations and understaffing so we waited patiently and disappointed Not sure what has happened buthoping it improves and they get back to speed.
