I ordered a large thin crust pizza for my mother using my Pizza Hut app. I was not informed that Door Dash would be delivering... the pizza until after the purchase was finalized. I would not have ordered had I known Pizza Hut was not delivering their ownpizza. The pizza was not fresh. It was something warmed over. It was not kept warm in a pizza warmer delivery bag. Justdelivered in the box. This is the second time that we?ve received stale pizza. My family will no longer be ordering from PizzaHut. Read more
Ordered two large pizzas for pickup on a Friday evening via the pizza hut app which indicated my order was ready. The lobby was... full of customers waiting to place orders and waiting for pickup. An hour wait time for orders that had been placed prior. Thestore was staffed by a single employee who had to bounce back and forth from taking orders and going in the back to make thepizzas. I can't blame the young lady behind the counter who was doing her best in a bad situation. Whoever is managing thisstore is to blame for it being understaffed. Read more
Extremely unprofessional and not well-managed. You can be as nice as sunshine, and still get rude, unreliable service. Not only... do they make pizzas extremely poorly, but they never own up to their mistakes. This location will just take your money and run,even when they offer you "account credits". Read more
Bought a Detroit style double pepperoni pizza got basically a giant cheese pizza with marinara sauce ( I think I got a total of... 5 pepperonis ) it was disappointing check your order before you leave the store people that was my big mistake may be avoidthis store Read more

I feel like I?m being punk?d by Ashton Kutcher. I placed an order for pizza and it said it?d be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived... 25-30 minutes later so there was plenty of time to make the pizza. Anyways, I?m literally in the front lobby and no one is here.I waited several minutes, then I tried to get people?s attention by saying ?Hello?, no response. There?s clearly 3 employees inthe back and a couple times they?d make eye contact, so I thought they were wrapping up a different order and then come over tohelp. Nope. Another customer arrived, so now both he and I are waiting together. I called the store and just heard it ring andring and ring. Side note- after 10-15 minutes of silence, I?m about to press submit.
