Oct 1st I placed an order never received it. I received a call back after almost waiting 2 hours to tell me the pizza never went... out and that I would get a refund. Thankfully when my phone started ringing and it was their number we started recording. I havetried resolving this like humans because no one has money to just give away while the employees eat the pizza and pocket themoney. I am sending the video to their corporate office and both videos of me calling talking to their staff member who lies andsays it's the manager. Don't order from this Pizza Hut if you want you and your kids to eat. They won't do it again once theircorporate office see these videos! God bless em! Read more

This is by far the worst store I have been to. We used them for a work event. I ordered first thing that morning. It was an hour... late when I finally went to the store and the lady said oh no we never started the order. She gave me a receipt with a storecredit. Today I went in to use the credit and the lady said I was lying and it was already used. I told her no I hadn't wehaven't been back since the last bad experience, she said call corporate and then proceeded to pick her shorts when she walkedaway. Something is not clean. Pizza was soaked with something. Made me nauseous...sick... dizzy. Call store for refund..got the run... around..but of course ????..if I could have gave a 0..this would best suit this place .. . Very unprofessional..oh.. yeah..stillwaiting on a call back from they're corporate office. I had to make them aware. Let's see what happens ????..I'll keep youposted. Read more
