I received the worst customer service on yesterday. It took over 45 minutes to get an order. When I complained about the service... time, the worker named Makiya Brown become belligerent in front of manager, the manager did not correct her, just continue totake orders. I felt threatened, I will never go back to this establishment again. Literally the worst Popeyes in Dallas. Always out of stuff, workers are rude and managers shouldn?t be managing a play kitchen... let alone a real restaurant. They will literally steal your money from the app and look at you crazy when you show up with areceipt but their ?system ? didn?t get the order. If possible, I would have given a zero. I waited 5 minutes at the area to place my order. I said hello about three times and no... answer. I pull around to the window and was told I cannot place my order at the window. I tell them your intercom is notworking and was told that, "I was told to hold on"...I did not hear anything. I would like a two piece...we cannot take ordersat the window, it is against our policy. I asked for the manager and a lady in a grey shirt came to the window and said the samething. She also told me the general manager told her to tell me it was against their policy. I asked to speak with the "generalmanager" and was told I had to come in...I shook my head "no." Another lady in a gray shirt came to the window and gave me thesame information, that it was against their policy. I asked for her name, she refused to give it...I told her I wanted to file acomplaint...she told me to go online and look up Popeye...this is only the review...I will file a formal complaint.
