The balance of ingredients and crust on the Meat Lovers Deep Dish Pizza has gotten disappointing. My boyfriend and I placed an order for delivery about two weeks ago. He ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza and I ordered the Big... brother salad without mushrooms. We had to wait about an hour and 15 mins to get out order the pizza was cold and not to mentionthe salad had mushrooms on it. I immediately called back to the restaurant spoke with a male he stated so sorry for that nexttime you order you can have a free one. He so say wrote it on the file which can't be found by anyone else. So now it's been 2weeks I'm calling to get my free salad and the sister answers the phone. I find myself trying to prove a mistake they made andgot paid for only to be told it's fine if you never order again. The worst customer service in the world. Update: After acouple of hours on the day when all this happened I receive a callback saying she was able to locate the file that stated theywere going to make it right on the next order free of charge well that actually happened.
