I am born and raised in Hawaii. We know Asian food and this is far from it. The California roll is refrigerated rice, which... makes it taste bad. The "shrimp tempura" is just small pieces of shrimp fried in some sauce. Tempura means the shrimp issupposed to have a light, crispy batter and be deep fried. The only thing decent in the bento box I got was the gyoza. Itshould come with a side of sauce, but it was the only truly authentic item in the whole dish. Out of all my choices to eat, Imade the wrong one. I'm very disappointed. These days are all about authenticity. Please research before putting food out of anethnicity you don't know about.
