I cannot express how much I loved my experience here at Sketches of Spain. Our server, Victor, provided top-notch service and... gave amazing recommendations. The Seared Prawns appetizer had me speechless, absolutely amazing. The Paellas were absolutelyFIRE as well. I also enjoyed the atmosphere, lots of wood tones and greenery. Top it off with a lovely wine selection, and youeasily have my vote for one of the best restaurants in the Bishop Arts District! Great job guys! Read more

Pablo the waiter was super helpful with the order choices for our large group. The customer service is outstanding and left us... leaving satisfied and happy about the Spanish group dinner experience. The rich taste bud opening appetizers almost made us toofull for the 3 large paellas that we ordered. The Black ink and seafood paella were so fresh and you could really taste theocean. However, the Farm (vegetables) paella was nothing special and was missing flavor and saltiness. To finish off we hadtheir simple cheese cake and French toast dessert. The cheese cake was light and fluffy and not too overpowering in sweetness, but it lacked acidity to balance everything out. The French toast was also delicious and light topped with the ice cream on top.I wish I could have tried their chocolate moose because I think that that was the best dessert option out of the three. Comingback for sure next time im in Dallas! Read more

Outstanding restaurant and would recommend to any one who loves Spanish cuisine! We made reservations for a birthday celebration... several weeks out. Confirmed the day of and had no issues. We ordered the ham croquettes and would highly recommend. We orderedthe paella for 4 and it was amazing! As they tell you the dish takes 30 minutes to prepare so one should be prepared. Theyoffered us complimentary gin and tonics and flan after they discovered that we were celebrating. Overall, it was a greatexperience and I would highly recommend! Read more

The hubby and I have seen the great vibes from this place for a while and have always wanted to visit & are so glad we did.... Amazing experience from the moment we set foot inside to the time we left. The team were so friendly and welcoming, especiallyPablo. He was knowledgeable about the menu and knew what to offer me as a vegan. My husband had prawns and beer, and I had theroasted eggplant and farm paella. We enjoyed our meals and were even offered a second drink on the house. Found a new date nightspot! Read more

Wow wow wow! What an amazing experience! I am from Spain and have worked in several Spanish restaurants. This is without a doubt... the best Spanish food I have ever had in the US and I have tried a lot of restaurants all over the country. You must order theseafood paella and croquetas!! They were amazing and I can’t wait to go back. On top of that I had the honor of meeting ChefIgnacio Betran, he personally came to our table and was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We are lucky to have him in thiscountry, simply incredible! Read more
