This particular time was a good visit but it's a 50/50 chance of good service when you go. Food is delicious most of the time... but when it's wrong it's WRONG !!!!! Read more
I just don't understand why it takes 10 minutes and asking for a refund to make two large sodas. I must remember to just stop... using common sense and instead remember all of my actual bad experiences at Sonic. No more Sonic for me. Read more
Customer Service was horrible at the drive thru my order was 20.86 I gave the young lady 25.01, first she asked me "why did I... give her a penny?" I told her because I didn't want any pennies back, so when she gave me my change back of $4.15 she gave me 4dollars a dime and 5 pennies back, I asked her for a nickel instead of the 5 pennies, she trys to go back and forth with meabout the nickel, I asked for the manager, but she stands there and tell the manager something, before she opens the drive thruwindow, for me to speak with the manager, when she did open the window, I said to her "ma'am just give me my money back" I'm notabout to go back and forth with you over a penny" Sonic lost a $20.86 sale over a penny!
