I waited in the drive through for 5ish minutes to no answer at 5:50, drove to the window and waited for another 2-3 minutes... being ignored by anyone in the store. Finally placed an online order at 5:59am. Someone came to the window at 6:03am (they openat 5:00am) and told me to drive forward and park and they would bring the order. At 6:10, I got out of my car and went inside tomy order sitting and waiting for me. This is the WORST service I have EVER gotten at ANY Starbucks location.. Read more
Barista named Collin served me a Latte with a disrespectful piece of art on it, Starbucks, this is how you trained your Baristas... to do your customers?? Hope somebody on the management team take care of this situation, cause the store manager didn't, theysaid it could been a mistake but the barista and his coworker were laughing and took a picture of it before serving me theorder. This is my go to place for coffee and they always make good coffee but today I think they changed the barista or something and... they made the worst iced caramel macchiato I ever had. Time to change to the coffee shop I guess. Read more

Been going to this location 3x a week since my kid started school this year. No more! The Carmel machiotos are not being made... right. Most of the time they don?t have ham & cheese croissants. Then there is the parking lot setup for drive thru it is thebiggest nightmare if the line is long there are two ways to get into line and the line can block people that are parked. Toomany other Starbucks I can go to or other coffee chains to deal with this again. Read more
