I came in to this store on May 19 at 8am. I purchased 3 drinks one Frappuccino and two caramel machiattos. I specifically told... the barista that I didn't want any space in the machiattos and she said it was fine. After I grabbed my drinks I didn't realizewhat they did until I was at my job. But they purposely left them a big gap. And it was mostly foam not coffee and on top ofthat it tasted straight like syrup! I couldn't even drink it because it was disgusting. Worst location ever. I thought this was going to be a quick trip(In and out) with a mobile order. The eta to be ready was 12:20 I got there at... 12:38pm. I?m looking for the drink and it?s still not ready. I ask the young lady making drinks in front of me if I had theright address because I was picking up a drink. She asked for the name and proceeded to tell me they didn?t have anything forthat name. (I had a mobile receipt). It took me talking to someone else and getting a manager to get the drink made. I amdisappointed in the service here.
