Probably one of the kindest Starbucks established in Downtown. There may typically be a line in the mornings but trust me the... experience is worth the wait. Who wouldn't want to start their morning coffee with a smile and great attitude. Read more
I wanted to order espresso with half and half. The lady argued with me and tried to charge me for a Latte. A latte has steamed... milk, not cold half and half. Half and half has always been a free add on and it remains a free add on at all Starbuckslocations. The lady charged me to add half and half even though it is free. When I asked why they were charging me for a freeadd on they said that espresso comes with 2% milk, not half and half so they had to charge. I feel they were lying to me andforced me to pay more for a drink that I have ordered every day without issue. I have since been to several other Starbucks thathave told me that is not their policy and that lady should not have done that. Luckily there is another starbucks close by thatI can go to instead of this location, so I will do what I can do avoid being swindled again.
