10am, walked into this Subway, intending to purchase meals but I desperately needed to use the restrroom since driving a long... distance to come downtown. I was told I couldnt have the code unless I purchased something. I told the girl behind the counterthat I would after I used the restroom, I had to go That bad. She stared with a blank look and the guy working with her just puthis head down and looked away. Are they THAT skeptical that they think everyone is lying to them when they say they will make apurchase? I couldnt wait any longer, my son purchased a drink only and this girl took a long time writing the bathroom codeonto the receipt, no thank you for the purchase or any other comment from her at all. I ran to the restroom as fast as I couldbut was so irritated by the lack of customer respect that I refused to make any other purchase afterward. That sucked because wehadn't had breakfast and wanted to get some sandwiches before heading out to walk around the town. Not a good experience at alland so sad that I am left with that to think about when I board the plane this evening to fly back home. Read more
Honestly a great lunch spot when you?re downtown. The staff here is great, friendly and helpful and the restaurant is always... clean. I used to work at a Subway and this one is my all-time favorite location. Read more
Extremely rude employee. I was literally just inside, 7/28 at 3:26pm. I came in to pick up a grubhub order and the rude employee... didn't look me in the eyes or even say hello. She just tossed the bag over the counter. Needless to say I will never patronhere. As a grubhub delivery driver I enjoy meals at a lot of the restaurants I go to. This will not be one of them.
