We just went. We live nearby and we?ve tried this location a few times- last time they got our order wrong and this time was a... health code violation. I asked for a side of onions and as I opened them they were completely rotten, it smelt SO bad. Some ofthe beef in my burrito was red and undercooked. On top of that, we ordered two orders of beans; there were huge hard clumps ALLthroughout both. If you?re familiar with batch cooked beans, it is normal for some to get hard occasionally but for it to bethat much means someone just didn?t care. I will avoid this place for fear of food poisoning in the future. Read more

On 11/17/22 I visited this store for the first time since being here. I walked in stood at the counter good five minutes before... anyone said anything and yet they All saw me. Menu price was 2.19 times 3 items. At check out the the price changed to 2.39each. Both situations are Before taxes. I ask the manager and. Quote ? That?s the new price and I am not responsible for themenu sign. Okay, the problem with All of this is as a Consumer By law a Business is required to Post Accurate pricing. Don?tlist one price and charge another. Who?s to say that by deciding to charge a extra 20 per customer translate into Millions inCorporate Profits At the Expenses of the consumer. Read more

We go to Taco Bueno often. We will drive past this one to go to the one in Cedar Hill due to better service. This location... almost never gets our order right. This particular visit when we told them what was missing they treated us like we were lying. We only go to this location to make our daughter happy and to save the drive time to Cedar Hill. Always double check your order. Read more

If I could give this restaurant negative stars, I would. Even the name listed in Google is misspelled. This is the WORST Taco... Bell I've EVER been to! I pulled up a few minutes after 9pm on Wed, 9/28. I repeated my order several times. Then, sat in thedrive through while someone at the window chatted with who I assume was a friend. When I finally got to the window, a young manhanded me a bag and said we had a mix up with another order so we're giving this to you for free. I thought ok, I can findsomeone to feed, but I still want MY order. I had to give them my order again! They hadn't even rung it up! Then right there, Ihad to repeat my order several times to a young lady. THEN, I had to explain to her what I wanted. This went on and I finallygot my order with no guac or sour cream. I told her it comes with the platter. She huffed and after almost 5 minutes came backwith a small container of brown looking guac and said they were out of sour cream. I tossed it out my window! I wasfuming! When I got home, I saw that the beans were hard, crumbly and darn near burned! I was fuming AGAIN! Read more

When I don't cook my own Enchiladas, I prefer Taco Bueno. Esp the relish bar. I'm glad that they finally unlocked the doors post... COVID. I'm kinda addicted to "Texican". Love the burritos & the nachos. Pile it all off w/the Pico & Red sauce. Yum! They alsohave great Tamales too (seasonal). Read more
