So here’s the deal. Yess Capital Grille is worth it. I was skeptical when my husband came back from Seattle after eating at... their location and told me he wanted to take me out here in Texas. I freaked out when he told me how much it costed and evenwhen I read the raving reviews. After going out for a family night, I take it all back. The food is exquisite and top quality. Our table host was above and beyond, he met every request with a smile. We had a reservation for 5pm right as they opened and wewere given immediate seating, so I don’t agree with the review that says they don’t honor reservations because they do. Wedecided to park in the self park garage which was $10 for anyone wondering. I think on the weekend it’s a set price? Otherwiseit varies by the hour. You can take the elevator up/down to the appropriate level which is conveniently marked. There is alsovalet parking available if that’s more your style. We were started off with a basket of different types of breads, remindedme of Germany so I was impressed. I haven’t had bread that fresh since my overseas travels. It was served with a pat of butterlightly salted and with our drinks, of course. I ordered the Salmon which was cooked to perfection and the seasoning wasdelicious. The green beans were salted just the way I like mine. Hubby ordered the tomahawk chops and completely obliteratedthem, that’s saying a lot. We both ordered mashed potatoes but we could have gotten away with just one order; however, we tookthe extra home to enjoy later. And let me tell you, we enjoyed those potatoes. Every bite. We ended our scrumptious dinner withbrûlée and I was hesitant for hubby to order because I’m not a caramelized brûlée kind of girl. This one was tasty though,it was served with an array of strawberry, blueberry and raspberry on top. You guys, the manager came over to our table afterour meal and thanked us! What? He even chatted with us a bit, it wasn’t rushed either. He seemed to genuinely wan Read more

Went for our anniversary dinner and the entire experience was wonderful. Amazingly friendly staff which has been hard to find in... the last year. Food was phenomenal and cooked to perfection. The creamiest and most flavorful mashed potatoes that I stilldream about. Anyway for those worried that a friendly relaxing restaurant is hard to find do yourself a favor and come here. They were extremely patient even though we were late because we were unfamiliar with how to find the entrance. Read more
