The door guy who was working Saturday night was extremely hateful and has major incel vibes. He is mean to women. Why would a... business allow their first point of contact of their business (the door guy) to be mean to people attempting to enter theirbusiness?. Might want to reconsider. The Skellig might be my favorite bar in Dallas. It always has a fun atmosphere in which you can mingle with other patrons and... make new friends. Football Saturdays in the daytime are also a great time. This place knows how to create a fun experience. Thevolume for the music is usually on point, not too loud. They know people would rather hear each other as opposed to trying toshout over the music. The Skellig is always a fun experience, and you will probably also make a few new friends each time. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. i have been to this establishment 3 times and out of the 3 times i have gone here, they have fraudulently... charged me $96 dollars the first time and $119 the second time. It is beyond disappointing and ridiculous that this is how they?value? their customers. I came here to enjoy a night with a couple family members in town to continually have to turn off mycard because of their lack of security and how they do not value their customers. I shouldn?t be afraid to order a $10 drinkbecause I think over $100 will disappear from my account. Whatever card system they use saves everyone?s card information afterspeaking with my bank, so BE CAREFUL before they screw you over too and you are out $200 in 2-3 weeks? I spoke to the managerimmediately and have not heard back from him in days. I will not return to this establishment and I hope the rest of you take myadvice!
