We had a great experience. We went for our 10 year anniversary and it was a culinary adventure. Surprisingly they have fried... green tomatoes on the menu and they were so crunchy and flavorful. The dumplings were cooked to perfection and the flavor aswell blew us away. We asked our waitress Liz who was very knowledgeable for recommendations and she did not disappoint. Thewagyu was the best steak we have ever had. It was the most tender. I didn't want the taste to leave. Everything was smallplates so it was an awesome way to try many things. Hot rock: Wagyu beef did not have proper marbling! Pork belly yakitori: It was cold and was not crispy on outside! Hama chili:... Yellowtail was not fresh, it taste fishy! But the sauce was good. Madai crudo: Fish was fresh and its combination with pear wasgood! Soft and Crunchy at the same time. Zero sen roll, Spicy crunchy tuna roll, and Snow crab maki: Seaweeds were chewy!
