I went to the location last night to order a big meal for my family and the food was awful. The wings were not extra crispy, the... fries were not well done, and cold as if they cooked it first. I was in town for soccer and thought I would grab some food for some of the boys. Unfortunately some of my order was missing. I... attempted to call multiple times all multiple times Saturday evening but unfortunately the line was always busy or it justrang. I don't even know where to begin with this Wing Stop location. For starters, the area is ridiculous based on where the store is... located. Next, our business clients placed their order online for this location and the order still wasn't ready when I showedup to get it. Hell, I drove from Plano for this meeting and now I know not to do it again. Basically, I sat there for another 45minutes waiting and more importantly watching this locations staff... either on the company phone and/or on their personal phoneacting out. And to make matters worse... the store wasn't busy at all. Also, the way they were acting was beyond unprofessionaland very childish. I'm usually the most relaxed person when it comes to a lot things but I definitely wouldn't recommend thisWing Stop location to anyone that lives on that side of town and/or visiting. I was very disappointed with my food... I always come to this location because they don't take as long as other places.. other... then they usually missed an item on my over evey now and then... I order 2 combos, 10 mango habaneros and 10 lemon peppers... Mywings were so dry! I didn't order them with extra sauce but I shouldn't have to pay to get enough sauce on my wings. It looklike they are being very stingy with the sauce or they used what they had left over from some other order. Also 2 of my rollswere a lil hard.
