Tonight we took our kids there and the employees were blaring uncensored rap music, weren't wearing gloves or hairnets. One of... the girls, who looked like Maui from Moana, really needed a hairnet for her unkempt hair. The store was filthy and the employeeswere very rude. They made a strawberry cheesecake icecream before they were going to make my daughters and I asked them if theywere going to clean the maker before making ours and she rolled her eyes and said "you're the only one to ever complain aboutit". Very unprofessional and lacking any clear management. Don't take you family there if you have any decentcy or perfer a morefamily friendly environment. To beat all the ice-cream tasted sour. Yesterday was my first time here and I ordered the Oreo cheesecake. The worker finished doing my order and she put the 2... toppings I had chosen. When she handed me the ice cream cup it had a hair!
