Great place!!! There was an issue with my online order and they quickly resolved it. The food was delicious and the egg rolls... came with the tasty hot mustard. Read more
Our meals tasted as if they had been sitting awhile, everything but the Mongolian beef it was very good. I Had to pay for... separate orders just to get fried rice, even though it was a meal. They said they Don't give fried rice with meals you have topay full price for it separately. I was told they were sorry they left it out but there was nothing they could do about it.This saddens me. I always like to give opportunity for amends. Because it allows me to continue being a loyal customer. I wasvery disappointed. If could give zero stars I would. Lo mein wasn't good, sauce burnt, chicken wings old and greasy. Rice had a order no veggies... but 1 green pee and half of carrot.. no plastic silverware and when I asked for sauce he was a penny pincher and ask how many Ineeded I said 6 or 7 a course he pick the low number. Then my Mongolian chicken I order wasn't chicken it was beef. Usually inever write reviews never in my life have I had bad food like this seriously. My in-laws were in town and wanted Chinese food for dinner. It had been years since I had eaten at Fortune Cookie I read the... reviews and they were mostly good, right? The way I remember Fortune Cookie it was a nice sit down (no buffet) Chineserestaurant with delicious food. Well something has slipped over the years because now it?s no better than mall Chinese. Any dishthat said fried chicken in the ingredients was nothing more than a heavily breaded chicken nugget with hardly any chicken inthem covered in sauce with a few vegetables. The fried rice which all Four of use paid the up charge of $1.99 for was not friedrice it was a weird yellow rice with an occasional pea or carrots square. The egg rolls were totally in eatable grease andseemed they had been reheated. The lady was very apologetic and seemed to understand our disappointment. We paid $82 for a mealof egg drop soup :( We didn?t ask nor were we offered a discount when we left 4 full plates of food. Read more
