I was in the drive thru and was told they couldn't take my order at 2 pm. I asked, when could, she take my order and she didn't... answer me. So I drove around and asked again, when could she take my order and she said 15 min. I pulled around and waitedawhile and my husband said, just go ahead and park at the intercom, so I did and she repeated she couldn't take my order. I toldher I was just going wait there and she said, could I just park in the parking lot because, basically, they were being timed. Iwent to Bojangles. WHATS GOING ON? Just ok. My husband loves Jack's and I've tried it twice and not impressed. I think it's pricey and I would rather have... Zaxby's. Chicken nuggets have too much breading and our shakes were liquid on top and ice cream on the bottom. They were notmixed well at all. On a positive note the staff were very friendly. Read more
Me and my husband decided to try Jack?s morning and must I say it was such a letdown. I was highly disappointed in the service... as well as the attitudes of the workers. We start off by saying I first waited in the drive-through line about 15 minutesbecause it was so backed up but wanted Jack so badly I didn?t mind waiting when it was my turn to place my order the workerrudely stated that we wasn?t taking any more orders because we?re too backed up. made me feel as though they didn?t want mymoney so I figure well maybe I can go inside even worse or mistake went inside and it was even more horrible but then theoutside so I decided to leave and I went to Hardee?s instead and that is the picture I have posted on here below. do I think Icould give Jack?s another try maybe not this is not the first time this is happened within the last 30 days and I?m sure it willnot be the last I think management needs to reconsider a whole lot here if they want their business to thrive the way it should Read more
We just got the number 4 which is the Doyle cheese burger and 2 extra cheese burgers with 2 cookies and it was so delicious.... Jacks never fails to impress. Very good! I would likely go again! Read more
