I tried to walk through the drive-through at this location and they told me I have to have a car so I have to have a car to eat... there.???? I?ve walked through drive-through?s many times. That?s crazy a paying customer is a paying customer and I work in therestaurant industry. So someone bought my meal and said pay it forward. She said that was messed up work on your hospitality. Would not sell my child a toy that they have solicited in the lobby unless she bought food, I find this EGREGIOUS, especially... when my child is on the spectrum, McDonald's shouldn't put toys out on displace to influence & manipulate children & then putrestrictions on the sales of a toy. ALSO the toy that my daughter did buy was not the quality that was on display, the displayitem was all plastic & the item she received was plastic & paper parts. $3 for a toy was not worth it, other than my child wasmanipulated by a lobby display. Do not come here for a late night meal (happened around 9pm yesterday). First off, the Female manager here was so rude! I don?t... know if it?s because the drive-thru line was long and a lot of people were also doing pickup at door too but it did not give herthe right to take that stress out on us. I don?t know if she was trying to be funny but because I wasn?t dressed to the best waywhen I told her her attitude was nasty towards my mother and can I Get bbq and ranch sauce she asked me if I needed anapplication and she close the door back. I continued to stay there and wait for the ranch and barbecue sauce and told her Iwould be back up here that next morning but I took it out of my hands to contact the higher ups. They also gave my sister thisraw burger, and as she was eating it she found out it was raw. Truly disgusting. I will be contacting everyone and everybodyable to get this settled until it?s settled. For a FAST FOOD restaurant there's barely a $5 menu for their INTENTIONALLY WITHOUT ICE CREAM ( this is purposeful, as cleaning... it is difficult at the end of the day (Very true, ask, you would be shocked how quickly these underpaid,only hire to pt.
