Finally found the best tapsilog in the bay area. We've been in search for authentic Parañaque Tapsi taste for quite sometime... and we've finally found it! I was really surprised that Tselogs tapa really taste like the original Dongalo Maty's! So deliciousand tasty! Even the beef texture is the same where you have the tapa strands crispy and tasty. We we're greeted nicely andserved by Jessica she's nice and attended to our needs. We ordered the combination plate. I had Tapsilog and embotido and my GFhad beef Pares with chicken sisig. All are worth ordering. Busog /Sarap talaga! We also got a chance to chat with the owner ofthis branch and told us about her quest to serve the original Dongalo tapsi taste. Small, but nicely decorated mom and pop Filipino resto that serves different breakfast combinations. We ordered the bangsilog,... longsilog, and combo longsilog with sisig.
