This place is beyond amazing! They always put people first and even though they are short staffed they always try their hardest... to make you feel special in the drive through. From Kandace the General manager always greeting me by name and with a big smile!Also Erma always brightening up my day. To even their newest manager Dora! They always know how to make my order right and totop it all off they wave me goodbye as if im a very special person that just came through their drive through. 20/10 experienceevery time really over achieving in their profession. Can't believe they won't open their lobby to people with oversized vehicles that that will not fit in and a drive-through And... then they want us to stand in the heat Rather than be in an Air conditioned vehicle For their lobby If you have enough peopleto run a drive-through you should be able to have enough people to serve the front counter with no dine in policy Read more
I ordered a cheese burger, with cheese curds and Texas toast. The only part of the order that was right was the cheese burger.... They told me at the food window that they didn?t have anymore Texas toast and pondered if they should remove the charge from mybill. I assured them that they should and they did. Then they gave me my food and I drove away. On the road I found that theyhad given me fries instead of cheese curds. They charged me the extra for cheese curds though. My dipping sauce for my 4 piece chicken strip basket was forgotten, so I went inside to correct this mistake. Upon entering the... store, I informed them of said mistake. The worker inside said for future reference, we are closed inside. I let him know that Ijust went through the drive through and am now having it corrected. He said that they could have corrected it at the drive thruwindow. I informed him that I checked it after I went forward (as there were cars behind me). The worker became verycondescending and rude. He said, ?you got your gravy? in a flat tone. I don?t live in Damascus, therefore, I was not aware ofthis. Mind you, their doors were unlocked. Very unprofessional of this person.
