Sparky's is a solid small local pizza chain. Their pizza has a good quality New York style crust. Toppings are generous and... good quality overall. Sauce is pretty standard, good flavor. They could stand to find a different pepperoni supplier as it issomewhat lack luster and a bit on the chewy side. Sometimes consistency in their product is lacking. Breadsticks are similarto Little Caesar's in texture and flavor. Their staff is consistently friendly. I rate them B or B+ pizza joint in my book. My kids live in Eastern Oregon. There first meal is always Sparkys pizza ????. The spinach salad is huge and can serve 4 adults.... It's yummy. Last couple of times there has been 3 young girls working. I can tell you they rock that place. I hope the manageris aware how great they are as a team. Read more
