We arrived at the Ritz late yesterday and booked dinner here. The service was impeccable, and our dinners were absolutely... delicious. We had a charcuterie plate, kids pasta, filet, and wagyu NY strip. Extremely impressed and so happy we forgot totake pictures. Read more

Unfortunately had a poor experience at the enoSTEAK Steakhouse in the Ritz-Carlton. I had a reservation at 9:15 pm under the... same name (I canceled it, but I decided to go anyway.) On arrival, the valet grated me poorly. I pulled to the valet parking. The guy opened my passenger side door and told me, “park your car, whatever you like. You are here for delivery?” I waslike, no, sir. I am here because I have a reservation. The valet guy apologized for misjudging based on the low-end vehicle Iwas driving, aka 2014 Toyota. After I sat at the restaurant was 3/4 empty. I got grated by a respectful Hispanic lady with aheavy accent who was very lovely. She offered me some water. She was very kind. Although she was not a server, she did the mosthelp last night, and the tip I left should go to her, not the rude server I got. Then the harsh and mean server showed up whowas pregnant. I don’t know her name. She didn’t offer much. Her body language was very bossy, and you could feel she was notwant to be there. Respectfully I requested help on menu items ( it was not much on the menu, bad food choices, a few appetizers, and eight total entry items which it didn’t have any good only 4 chose off meat and four chose of seafood) although this is asteakhouse. It was missing a lot of good steaks, including filet mignon and ribeye. Instead, they just had a prime rib for $75,which I ordered as the best item on the menu. And another very cheapest steak they want, around $64 to 68$ for about 9 oz.Wasn’t much to choose from. I ordered French onion soup as an appetizer. In the meantime, nothing else has been offered—nocomplimentary bread or such I didn't expect to be that bad of a visit. The soup arrived. It was very delicious. I placed theorder of prime rib medium-well. Right before the main course arrived, a Hispanic lady came to me with her broken English, andshe asked me what I liked to have some Bread. I said yes, please I love to have some. Although it was too late, the s Read more

Ordered the coffee rubbed waygu steak, taste was really good, but meat did not "cut with a fork" as advertised, was very tough... to cut even with serrated knife. Would expect more from an $86 steak. Read more
