We finally had a chance to try this restaurant yesterday, all the dishes we had were excellent, the service was quick and... friendly as well, the only negative I felt was that the place could use some updating but overall we enjoyed our lunch and willbe back to try other dishes. Read more
First time there today and wasn't disappointed at all. The food was delicious with a home cooking taste and look. As a Latino,... I've been eating this type of food all my life and believe me when I tell you is good stuff. Fast service too. I didn't have tospend half of my lunch time waiting for it. Hope it helps. Read more
5 stars ALL THE WAY. I have tried at LEAST 75% of the menu and so far only disliked one item, which was the beef soup, which... I've had 2 times. I did not find it to have flavor and did not like the broth BUT everything else I tried was absolutelydelicious. 10/10! The picture I provided is of the Churrasco Guatemalteco/Guatemalan steak. Everything about this dish isamazing.. There's even crema and a little cheese wedge in there!! I like to eat a bit of everything in one bite and you can'tforget the green sauce!! That stuff is made out of pure magic. Chaparros is probably my favorite place to order from in Danburyand I can't wait to try the rest of the menu.
