Some of the worst service I?ve ever experienced. The girl at the counter was too busy staring into nothing or into her iPhone to... provide any sort of service at all. She spoke barely audibly and seemed confused. We ordered a bagel sandwich, two coffees, anda cinnamon roll. Upon taking the order we were given the coffees but not the cinnamon roll sitting right in the display. We thenproceeded to wait 20 minutes for a bagel with some cream cheese and cucumbers on it. There was one other couple in therestaurant already eating their food? during this time the girl stared off into her phone or the wall and never bothered to lookto see what was taking so long or even say ?it?ll be just a minute sorry for the wait?, nope just totally oblivious to life. Ihad to remind her about the cinnamon roll or else we would have paid extra for nothing. When I worked food service that sort ofthing would get you written up or fired, and I?m not even some crotchety Karen, just ANY sort of positive interaction would havemade that experience better. Pretty sure judging by how long it took to assemble a simple sandwich, the cook is probably just asclueless as the girl at the counter. Read more
I got a muffin and a sausage breakfast sandwich and they were both amazing.
Stopped here on a road trip. Great vibe in here. Clean, well decorated, friendly staff. The lattes we got were delicious. They... have so many flavor choices, which is one of my favorite things, having lots of flavor choices. Would definitely visit again ifI was in town. Read more
