Additional Information
I love the food here, always have, always will, and it's consistent at all locations. The last time I was in, at the Danvers... location, there was an issue. My order was delayed and when I was called, it was the wrong order. I explained the problem andjust wanted it made right as I was in a hurry at that point. The manager said he didn't like my attitude as I just wanted theright food so I could be on my way. The manager did say they had 3 Nashville's (sandwich, tender, etc.) on the menu and they alllook the same in the system. Shame on management for having a deeply flawed system and not correcting it and shame on managementfor making their employees and customers suffer the consequences as a result. Shame on that manager for taking out hisfrustration with his system on my "bad attitude." Read more
I inhaled the ?O.G.? sandwich so fast there was no time to take a picture ???? Seriously, one of the best fried chicken... sandwiches I?ve ever had. Service was super friendly and the cashier even remembered my name when he asked me how everything wasafterwards. Very impressed and will certainly be back (and bringing friends!). Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Brought 3 kids 4-6 years old in with McDonald?s so my wife and I could get dinner here. They... removed us and said ?your kids can eat on the ground outside.? I pleaded as they wanted cheeseburgers and they don?t serve them.The manager was the rudest person I?ve ever met. You find nicer people at the DMV. Food also sucks. McDonald?s and Wendys makea better chicken sandwich. Don?t waste your $$. Read more
