Went here for a late lunch. Friendly staff, clean inside and out. We were seating immediately, and service was great.

My husband and I ate there last night, the server was busy which is understandable but the whole experience just felt rushed and... awkward, from start to finish. After about 10 minutes a server came over and asked if we were ready to order. (We sat in thedining section but still got hibachi and sushi). We were told they had absolutely zero cold beer, on tap or in a can or bottle. The soup you get before hand smelled like rancid hotdog water, I couldn?t get passed the smell, salad dressing was ok but thelettuce was warm and wilted. We were given what looked like severely overcooked ?filet? and chicken with vegetables. Thevegetables were drenched in a gel like sauce and the noodles were severely overdone as well. I waitresses for years and neveronce didn?t offer refills or ask how the food was. When our plates came out, which was about 4&1/2 mins after we ordered, theserver dropped off the plates and ran,, didn?t come back for 20-ish mins but when he did he didn?t ask if we wanted refills. Ihad 97% of my food still on my plate and he just asked if we were ready for the check. We will never come here again. It wasawful! Read more

Where do I start at this awful place. We sat in the dinning room not hibachi. From the start the waiter said they had no cold... beer! That was my first hint that I should?ve left immediately. Waiter was extremely rude as I had a couple questions aboutthe sushi and he talked down to me as if I should?ve already known the answer. We were extremely rushed to place our order. Thefood was covered with a slimy teriyaki-like substance, even on the vegetables. This is the first time I have ever been tohibachi and never finished my meal. We are from out of town and will never be back. Horrible experience. Horrible waiter.Horrible food. Zero Stars if it was an option. Read more

Drove 40 minutes to eat there. When we arrived, the server at the front desk didn't even acknowledge us after 15 minutes... standing right in front of him. We left and will not be back. The visit was Saturday August 20th. @4:45 or so. They were notbusy. Read more

The waiter was rude start to finish. He was rushing us asking if we were ready to order before even sitting us down. Told him I... had never been there before and I was waiting on my daughter to get out of the restroom. This apparently annoyed him because hepointed to his watch, walked away and was rude the rest of the time. When we were finished he was passing out to go boxes andasked who needed one. I said I needed 1 a few times he ignored me. My daughter asked if there was a container for her sauce shecould also get and he said very rudely that yes there was but he would have to go all the way back to the kitchen to get it????. Definitely not good energy coming from him. The guy that cooked our food was very friendly and interactive, which is theonly reason I?m giving 3 stars instead of 1. I don?t care how good a restaurants food is, if your employees are rude it willruin your business. Read more
