Horrible customer service. They entered the order wrong and blamed the customer for their error. They constantly change the... prices from what is on the menu verses what they actual charge. I would rather pay double anywhere else that provides excellentservice, then deal with people that are rude and argumentative over a $4.00 meal!! All I expect is for my order to be correct. Read more

My first time ordering from this establishment. The food was not good. The only issue I have is they need to update there... website. The website has the family platter that I ordered for $32.99 but when I went to pick it up, I was charged $65.99 formy food. That is a huge difference in price! When I placed my order I told the young lady the family platter that I wanted andthe amount it cost on the website. She did not correct my order price or tell me the total at all. I get there to theestablishment to pick up my food to find a totally different menu. So if you are like me and have to do business trips orderfrom Firehouse or Shark Grill on Bowman.
