This is a great place to eat that is in-between fast food and regular dining. You can dine in or go through the drive... through. The inside is pretty clean minus the toilet are being a bit messy. The staff are friendly, but often seem understaffed for the dine in area so you may need to go to the front to get things. They do have a digital menu you can order and paydirectly on so you don't have to wait for servers if no one is there. I do enjoy the food, it is very flavorful. I went here for dinner tonight, staff was oh so friendly! There was a line all the way around the building so I go in to order... and I had been waiting for 10 minutes (order was large due to family) when this host came out (not sure of name) he had glassesand red hair he said he filled in for all the stores and he gave me a refund because I had waited at that point atleast 30minutes! I just want to say what a nice, young gentleman he was and what great customer service I had received from him! 100%recommend???? Read more
I was sent some coupons and decided to give them another try. The food was good, everything was in the bags as it should have... been and they didn't forget the breadsticks! So glad to see the improvement. Bumped them up 2 stars in my rating! Will visitagain soon. (Prior rating flows) The food is good but there's always something missing! This is the 2nd time they didn't putbreadsticks in with the order! The 1st time, about a month ago, we were missing not only the breadsticks that came with theorder but also the ADDITIONAL breadsticks we ordered. Today we get home, no breadsticks. Sat in line FOREVER just to order,drive all the way to Stanford to find NO BREADSTICKS. We decided this was the last time. We have had multiple issues of missingfood, getting the order wrong even though they say it right when handing it to you and the continued issue with the breadsticks.This is ridiculous! Read more
Excellent and amazing service delivered by Joshua, an outstanding and superb employee deserving of commendations and a raise.... The food was delicious and the overall experience was at a higher level of standards that I've come to expect from this Fazolislocations, in no small part this is due to the experience delivered by the employee Joshua who carries himself with a mastery ofhis craft, exemplary service skills, an infectious positive attitude that makes you smile and want to return for another meal.I've been at this Fazolis before and noticed a drastic difference in performance when Joshua isn't working there, typically theservice is slower, the atmosphere is dense and unwelcoming, and the restaurant is quite dirty. It was so refreshing to hear coworkers that were being kind to each other, double checking that customers had everything they... needed, and being very kind all around. While the food is good, the employees make sure you're well taken care of and reallymake you smile. Fresh fresh fresh food, everything seemed like it had just left the oven. There was a little wait but it's soworth it when you take a bite and the dough is perfectly cooked, airy, and delicious. I'll take a slight wait for restaurantquality any day.
