If you like ketchup with your meal you should stop and buy a bottle before stopping here. I asked for ketchup twice for 2... nuggets and 2 fries they gave me 2 packets. Read more
Prices on menu board aren't the same as what they charge. I was told they haven't received the numbers to change the prices.... What a cop out! You need to honor the prices you display. The manager's customer service was worse than the employees'. I onlystopped here out of necessity. I won't return. Read more
Probably one of the worse Wendy's I've been to. Service was extremely slow even though there were enough people working. Trash... cans were over flowing and tables were dirty. I could see this being ok if they were busy, but there was hardly anyone in thestore. The extra star was because the person who took my order was friendly. Read more
Wendy's was disorganized, condiments and drink/food utensils weren't restocked, the staff lost track of orders several times,... and though other Wendy's have the people in the back wear hairnets, no one at this one was. Additionally, both of the bathroomswere filthy. This was definitely very strange. Our order took 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Hoping whoever is responsible forthe store sees this and helps their employees get what they need to be successful, as it was obvious they were struggling. Read more
