I picked up an order here yesterday and the customer ordered a coffee the kid fills the cup almost full of the coffee then adds... ice the whole time he got a coworker telling him that's not how you do it. He said he didn't care and that really got under myskin. Customers are the number 1 priority no matter how you feel that day. Read more
They often close at least 15-30 min before the listed closing time. Which would be fine, except they don't update the listed... hours in Google maps or Wendy's app. Just wasting everyone's time driving over only to find out it's closed. Went to drive thru with my grandsons and I sat there for at least 10 minutes waiting for someone to wait on me. I had ordered 2... meals and turned to my grandso to ask what he wanted.your employee yelled to me and told me to hurry up and order that he wason a timer. So I told him a spicy chicken sandwich with just mayo. So he wasn't saying anything else for about 10 minutes anda girl came to window and said can I help you and I told her that I had already ordered and she said that's 38 dollars. I toldher that she had lost her mind no way was what I ordered was that much. She had charged me twice. Then she wanted me to come inand order.
