Better off taking the extra drive to a different location ! This staff?s attitudes are always horrible ! It?s like they get mad... at you for asking for fresh food!!! And then if you ask for it hot; they tell you 20 minutes because they know most people withthings to do won?t be able to wait 20 minutes! The sides are always bland and warm right along with the chicken! The biscuitsshould be donated to the nearest hockey team to use as a hockey puck that?s how hard they usually are ! That?s if you get themanyway ! The hot sauce packs are old and if you order more than 2 pieces of chicken please understand it?s like pulling teethout a horse to get additional packets! These guys are always rude. They really need to work on their customer service! They made my family and I go back 3 times to ask... for fresh food and the chicken was still spoilt and stale. The iced tea is not fresh and tastes fermented. The Manager had noempathy at all...he gave me back my money just to get rid of me. I live just outside of Chicago and the 3 Popeyes near me are absolutely horrible. The food is always amazing but my family will... never go back to any of their places by me solely because of the service we have to wait for an hour for food and still get theorder wrong! However this place couldn?t be anything but the opposite! Fastest service ever and very kind register! Now everytime we find ourselves out in Darien we make it a must to get dinner/lunch here!! They are always messing up my order. I haven't been there in awhile until today. I ordered an apple pie and the strawberry cream... cheese pie. He gave me two apples pies but he told me they had the strawberry cream cheese one well he lied. I told him spicyfor the chicken it wasn't spicy at all. Alot of my coworkers complain about this locations because their orders continue to bewrong.
