I can?t express my frustration enough towards people who are just simply ignorant. Today was ?Free Medium Iced Coffee Day with a... purchase.? Or at least it was supposed to be. I ordered a medium iced caramel swirl black and an English muffin. I get to thewindow and they stated $5.60. I had them scan my card (I am a member) and had a balance of $5.19. She then proceeds to say I owe41 cents. I was very confused because it shouldn?t have been that much. The ?rude? manager comes over and says I?m paying forswirl and butter. I said $5.60 worth of swirl and butter? I left with nothing being resolved. They took $5.19 from my accountand today I did not get a free medium iced coffee. Very disappointed with my experience at this Dunk Donuts establishment. The franchise owner of this Dunkin is giving all of... Dunkin a bad name. Upon arrival the indoor dining room was closed with no sign or reason. We then get back in our car and get tothe drive through. We tried ordering Pineapple mango refresher and was then told ?it was not in stock? then tried to order apumpkin coffee and that was also not ?available?. The list goes on and on. We then finally make it up to the pickup window andthe employees are running around with their heads cut off going crazy. They couldn?t use our giftcard because ?it didn?t have abarcode?.
