I asked for an iced chai latte and was told that because they use a powder and not a syrup they couldn?t make it?! Because it... has to dissolve? I work at a restaurant and we make all our chai with powder. I said ?could you please just dissolve the powderin a bit of hot water and then top up with cold milk and ice?? The lady said ?sorry we don?t do that?. It wasn?t that theycouldn?t do it, they just don?t want to!! Very frustrating for such a simple drink to make. Read more
