5/5 for a fun treat in the Championsgate area. Plain tart is my favorite, with a bit of flavored boba. However, if that is not... your jam they have all other kinds of flavors from cotton candy to coffee! The staff is super nice, they have indoor and outdoorseating, and overall it was very clean. If i can give 0 star i would. Worst place to go to ever. If you ever come to Champions Gate in FL then don't even think about... coming to the Menchie's here, their frozen yogurt is old and smelly and I've been sick for a while now since I ate it. Thecashier even saw me throw up, and she told the manager that I was just spitting in the garbage. The manager said that the frozenyogurt is supposed to smell and taste like that stinky( original tart flavor). Oh and toppings were all old , bugs on thefruits that were not fresh at all. No refund was given, and nobody said sorry or anything. Worst costumer service ever!! I'mjust warning you, never come here or you will regret it. Read more
This is the cutest Lil shop. A first time visitor took my mom on an adventure and we saw frozen yogurt and we immediately had a... flash back to when I was a kid and we'd go to TCBY yogurt and we bite were like yess let's go. You get to make your own bowl????. The workers helped us and they were absolutely so nice. You go in pick a bowl size with or without a waffle cone. Thenpick your flavor let me tell you it took me forever they have choices and flavors you'd not expect ???? I went with Pinappledole whip and peach. I mixed them hee hee then onto the toppings bar ???? sooo many to choose from!!!!! Let's just say I got afruity medly lol cherries pineapples and some popping bubbles ???? they then weigh it and you pay. This Lil shop is cute and notonly the worker friendly the patrons are too. Based on the few most recent reviews - I suppose we were fortunate enough to not have met Dan. Instead running the show was a... nice girl who greeted us and others and made sure we knew about sampling and understood the process. It seems like a ratherbusy little area and for one person to be running the register, cleaning up and assuring the frozen yogurt is going it can be alot. That being said though - the place was a tad dirty more so the floors. The yogurt selection was minimal, maybe 8-10 flavorsat best - a couple were out and 1 slot wasn?t being used.
