Food was great. Had to wait 15 minutes for fire chicken. Overall good experience.
Fantastic place to come and eat if you like your Chinese food . We came for our evening meal twice and the whole family enjoyed... what they ordered. It's a basic layout inside similar to KFC or McD's but the food is fantastic. Staff are great also. Can getbusy but queues move pretty quick. Best of all is - this place is just amazing value for money with HUGE portion sizes. Meals start at $7.50 up to about $15 for the 3 sides and premium options. Highly recommended. Read more
Food portion was so small it was barely filled with fried rice and I got 4 pieces of the wok fired shrimp (which is an upgrade).... Food was good but smallest portion I have received here. Read more
Came inside and was the only one in line. Ordered a family pack: they were out of teriyaki chicken, and didn't have many of the... entrees typical of the Panda Express. Was told it would be 20 minutes to wait for vegetables, and 10 for orange chicken. Iagreed to wait, after all, I'm at their mercy since I needed some Asian cuisine. ???? Only 1 cook was cooking, and that couldbe a huge problem given the popularity of this place and the prime location. The drive thru girl, (Kaley?) started dishing up myorder. This makes me wonder what the other 5 servers are doing with their time. One was sitting in a corner behind the counter -maybe on break? The drive thru girl ???????? also happened to be coming back in when I left and she held the door for me. Sheand the cook get kudos????????. Having two cooks on hand would definitely help. The drive through was obviously busy, andseveral others came in behind me including a large family. ???? The food was the lowest quality I've had from a Panda Express.???? We only started eating there back home about 2 months ago and it's our favorite place. THIS location can not stay inbusiness like this. Half cooked vegetables, yet rice that had been sitting around for a long time? How can this be? Told theydon't have chop sticks ????????, got home there was no soy sauce in the bag! Ahh... that's a tough one to believe, but there itis: no soy sauce. Consider that the Chick-fil-A next door is a top rated restaurant (4.5 stars at the time of this post) andthe WaWa next to that was so good we ate there twice in one day. Waited in long just long enough to see the quality in the food is horrible. Heaters are off, saw employees scrape bottom of pan... (overcooked) of noodles. You can tell the rice has no flavor, looks bland and dry out of the pot. No First In First Outconsideration. Sauces clumped up because the warmers are off. I made a comment about heat being off. Employee checked and saidit?s at max 200 degrees. Please check again. Your warmers are absolutely off. Walked out as I understand the business, checkedthe reviews to see if it were just a bad day and confirmed my suspicions were correct. Avoid until they get a new generalmanager that understands quality control. Read more
