A great idea done poorly. I like the downtown restaurant and thought this location would be the same. OOF. I ordered a par-baked... pizza that was practically naked and the post-baking toppings (packed separately) were so minuscule that there was not enough tocover the whole pizza. Furthermore, I was instructed to cook this at 500 degrees for 20-25 minutes. I should have been toldeither a lower temp or less time because it started burning at about 11 minutes. I salvaged what I could and when I brought itto the attention of the primary location. And while I appreciate they did offer me a replacement... if I drove back up to Brady.However after all of this I'm straight-up leery that either the crew there doesn't care or that someone over at Brady activelydislikes me.
