We scheduled a pick up for our food for 3:15 pm. We made the order at 2:45 pm so there would be plenty of time. I go inside and... there's not a single customer in there but there are 4 employees standing around doing nothing. I tell them I'm there for myorder and they haven't even started it. They do one burrito and then start helping other customers that walked in be hind me. Ittook them another 10 minutes to make the 2nd burrito for my order. Then they manager hands me the food and just stares at me. Noapology , no have a good day. No words. Going to continue going to Utica instead because this isn't the first time I've had aterrible experience. Read more

I am a fairly frequent customer. The foods always goodbye the service sucks. They are always too busy making online orders to... even acknowledge a customer that walks in. The employees also spend more time talking to each other than focusing on customerservice. Read more
Rude and rushed employee wearing air pods neglected to cook the tortilla long enough so the burritos were gummy. These ragged... burritos were wrapped badly, making them difficult to eat. My burrito literally exploded, dumping a third of my filling onto thetable, Bf?s was ridiculous as well, I ended up having to get bowls for both of us. The only reason they are getting two stars isbecause most of the ingredients were tasty, but they would probably be better off if they would restock as they go as manythings were empty or near empty.
