What is the deal!?! All the stalls are lit up, but the minute you push the button to order you get someone telling you to go... through drive thru to order. Ok, so we pull around and they state they will be right with us. Fifteen minutes later stillnothing. Funny thing is you can walk out to give food to the delivery companies to deliver for you. But you can't bring foodout to customers that are actually coming to your establishment. This was our second chance ditch effort and we will never beback! Especially since they didn't care enough to resolve the first issue we had a few months ago. Read more
The kiosks were closed so we had to use the drive-thru. The kids enjoyed the unique experience because we don't have anything... like that at home. The food was good & the milkshakes were even better. The staff was not real friendly but everyone has a badday at times. Read more
I was at this Sonic today and experienced poor management and customer service skills by the manager on duty. I ordered a meal... with a large Dr Pepper. The cup was full of ice and very little Dr Pepper. I pulled up to the window to ask if they could addsome Dr Pepper to the ice so I could wash my food down. The manager came out to say ?they don?t do refills? lol. She saidthey are instructed to fill cups up high with ice. When asked how high the are supposed to fill the cups, she stated that shedid not fill my cup. Her attitude was disrespectful and rude.
