Buyer beware?While I love the smoothies, I?ve had a terrible experience recently at the Davidson location. I ordered a smoothie... and paid in full through the app on a Sunday afternoon. When I arrived the store was closed. I expected an apology and a refundthe next day. Instead I?ve now called and stopped in multiple times. Still no refund. I?ve been told it was put through andwould take 3-5 days. That was 10 days ago. The store had closed early because of a wedding next door. I?m completely baffled anddisappointed with the way I?ve been treated. Online ordering should be off if the store is closed. We picked up a buffalo chicken sandwich today and when we were about to eat, my husband noticed that it appeared to be a slice... of chicken. He commented that it would be great to see strips of chicken or chunks and not a processed deli style slice. Werespect the fact that organic is their motto and we love their juices but this sandwich was not what we thought it should be. Weare honest reviewer?s and really love food but if this was our sandwich we would reevaluate it. PS we?ve been organic for over17 years. Will continue to get our juices from here. We ordered two berry bowls and a nutty bowl and were not told that strawberries were out of season. They?re still in the grocery... store but OK, they?re out of season. So the nutty bowl only had bananas and granola. The berry bowl had some dried berries,banana and granola. Please don?t call it a berry bowl if it doesn?t have fresh berries. Even blueberries would have worked. Ordouble up on bananas if that is the only fresh fruit you have. Definitely not worth $12.95 a bowl. Called the owner? manager?Josh. He was apologetic but not helpful. He did not offer me any sort of compensation and got a bit snippy. Will not be goingback to this location. Looking forward to Rico?s Acai opening soon in Davidson.
