We tried this restaurant several times and usually it is hit or miss. Most of the time just miss. We were in the area and tried... one more time. We arrived at 8:00 am and the restaurant was fairly empty. We were greeted promptly and beverages served. Tooklonger to place order. Restaurant started filling up. We noticed people in our section was getting their food, even ones thatplaced order after us. I inquired about our food and wait person said cooked to order. She did not bother to check on our order.We asked another very nice wait person to check. It?s now 45 minutes later. Our server finally came with food and it was COLD.It had been sitting there. We said the food is cold, food looked awful. Shredded hash brown hard as a rock. She took our foodback and mumbled something. I got up and said we are just going to leave. She was like okay, sorry. Nothing like, please we willget this right and put your order in front. Our food was basic breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausage, and toast. I get thestruggles of restaurants today. It?s hard to find staff. It?s not so much that they missed the mark but its how one recoversfrom poor customer service experience. We will not go back The food is just not that good and service is not that good either.We left after waiting for almost an hour. Sad! Read more
Food here is amazing. All staff except for one rude lady server and she needs to not deal with the public. She is the most rude... person I've ever met in customer service. I've dealt with it the last 3 times I've been here. Today, she got mad because I askedfor the table outside to be wiped because there was a dead bug and dust everywhere. Then she got rude when I said we could orderour food with our drinks to save her a trip. I sat outside because my 3 pound service dog was with me. It got unbearably coldand we were moving inside and she said "omg really?!" I said "excuse me?" She said there's already another dog inside. I've beennice to her far too long. I said I'll take my food to go. She walked away being rude again and we decided we didn't want thisfood. We've come 3 times a week since we moved here. We always tip $10 on $15 bill. But this lady needs addressed. And until sheis, I will continue to make appropriate reviews on her. Read more
Absolutely delicious breakfast. I had and spinach and ham with Swiss omlete and home fries along with sour dough toast. A... week later I'm still thinking of driving 40 min to have breakfast again. You will be a repeat customer ???? Read more
Busy on a Sunday morning but efficient, we arrived around 10 AM which turned out to be a good time. Everything was cooked... nicely, service was good, price is reasonable. Nothing not to like as far as I can see. Not fancy and doesn?t pretend to be. Read more
