Customer Service is phenomenal! Everyone is super friendly & you can feel the positive vibes! My son loves this place as much as... I do, he enjoys their Birthday Cake Shake, which he got for FREE for his 8th birthday! I was not expecting that at all & was sograteful how they made him feel extra special on his special day! We LOVE Alex at Davie location, she always takes such goodcare of us when we visit! It's nice to go to a place & see the workers happy and that they enjoy working there! I love Cali! It was my first time trying their iced coffees and I had asked one of the employees to surprise me with a drink.... She was super kind and even asked me what types of flavors I liked, and the drink she gave me was the iced cosmo.
