No parking......except in the garage 3 blocks away....doesnt accept the app acct for payment,,,,,even though the app directs you... here. Wasted almost 40 minutes trying to navigate to get to a place...... that wasted my time. Read more

Great if you enjoy your order being wrong. Simply told them i want an everything bagel toasted with just cream cheese and... salmon. Comes out with with tomato onions and other things im unsure of what they were. The layer of cream cheese was almostnonexistent and the salmon was so terrible i ended up throwing it away. Read more
I come from up north, the land of the bagels. These are good, as close to northern bagels as I've found so far. But above all... else the service is what bothers me. I've worked at delis and bagel shops and I've served in restaurants. The people who workhere are downright crabby and irritable with everyone. I go to Nova so I stop by here out if convenience but from now on I'll goto the vending machine. There were 3 people working, and the girl on the register (name tag said Crystal) had an attitude withthe people in front of me, then I stepped in front of the register to wait for my turn while she turned around to get the bagelfor the order in front of me. She turned back around and stood at the register and just stared at me. Said nothing. Took myorder then turned around to grab my bagel then turned back around and put her hand out for my money. The food is okay. Kinda bland unless you order sauce, even then it's slightly better. The coffee gives you the caffeine you... need, but has this weird underlying taste that's hard to pinpoint. Not worth the price. The kicker for me, though, is theservice. 3/4 of the time that I order a coffee cake or baked good, they forget to give it to me and I have to wait for a whilebefore I remind them and then get it. When I order my coffee with almond milk, they remember to add it half the time. I alsoordered a hot coffee for the first time today. On the menu, it says they have medium and large sizes, but the person at theregister said they only have small and large cups. I opted for the large and it looks like I got a small coffee in a large cup.I paid over $5 with tax for this. Again, not worth it. I typically come here because it beats waiting in line at Starbucks, butI would rather wait an extra 10 minutes if it meant I get all my food - both the way I ordered it AND the exact size I ordered.
