This is a must see place. The Sushi was absolutely phenomenal!!! The two chefs that prepared our sushi were awesome! They told... us all about the fish and served us amazing cuts. So fresh, it was like heaven on your tongue!! Read more

The food here is absolutely delicious. I am from the Midwest and visited the Hard Rock Hotel for work purposes. I absolutely... love sushi and was interest to see what Kuro had to offer. The sushi tasted extremely fresh and the Kuro Roll was a completelyunique experience having cucumber in place of rice. I also had their dessert and the ginger cake with caramelized apples andwhiskey ice cream was to die for. I could have eaten two plates! If I am ever back in town, I will be sure to visit again. Kuro was the place we chose to entertain our client as it was a special dinner. The front was awesome with the shell wall, the... usher ladies were super couterous and friendly. Once seated we had a great server that shared with us wine and drink optionsfollowed by starters. We took the pickled cucumber, roasted brussel sprouts , veg tempura, sashimi platter to begin with. Thebrussel sprouts was the star, with a nice honey sauce at the bottom that elevated the roasted Brussels flavor. The cucumberswere fresh and flavorful, but not amazing. Tempura was well battered and veggie used were in good variety. For main course, Iordered the avacado veggie sushi, and my friends ordered some fancy meat sushi platters (checkout the video). In closing we hadthe doughnuts that came with three sauces and was a great close . The ambience, the service and above all the crowd was allvery welcoming, warm and left you wanting to come again !
