Overall great experience. Staff was friendly, food was tasty and ambiance was lovely. We had a large group and they were able to... accommodate in the outside seating area. Even though it was a hot afternoon, the area was nice and cool. Only drawback was whatwas played on the TV's at times. Sometimes nice images of the ocean, beach, etc. But at other times, too much skin of women. Wehad young boys in our group and I felt that was not appropriate. Read more
I wish I could give negative stars but our server was very good. Quarterdeck....really....your air conditioning is broken and... you are still open??? Come on, really?? It's 94 degrees today. I feel sorry for your kitchen and waitstaff not to mention thepatrons. This location use to be one of our favorite restaurants in Davie but it has gone downhill big time. Half the menu issushi and the last couple times we have been there NO SUSHI. Our server tonight told us there is no More sushi at this locationon Mondays. Is it asking to much to let your frequent patrons, who come for sushi, know about NO SUSHI MONDAYS?? (Also a sign onthe door about the broken AC would have been helpful-no one told us I heard it from a waitress telling the booth next to us)This is our last visit to this location for a long time. Right next door they have all you can eat sushi that is simply amazing.Skip Quarterdeck next time if you want sushi (and air conditioning) and go next door. Read more
Food was on point. Anthony my server was attentive, detail oriented, and super knowledgeable about the menu. He made my... night. If in season, the stone crab chowder is AMAZING, Edamame on par with any good sushi place and my dinner special porkchop with Brussel sprouts and side caesar (substitution for mashed potatoes) was well more than a decent sized portion!! We sat down outside, and the place was relatively calm. Our waitress was friendly and prompt. We ordered cocktails and the... calamari to start. The calamari described, there were pepperoncini peppers, but it showed up with none. I ordered the Frenchonion soup which was lukewarm and the cheese was barely melted. My husband ordered the Chicken and steak fajitas, and the steakwas minced, not strips like the chicken. When we asked the waitress, she said this is how it is served. food looks quitedifferent in pictures online. Read more
