When asked if i would travel for BBQ, Smokin Joe?s is a spot i would always say is worth the drive. The simplicity of the menu... says everything you need to know about the food. The Sliced Brisket is the best the state has to offer. With or without saucethe brisket is delicious. The pulled pork is some of my favorite to mix with their mild bbq sauce. Wow! Smoking Joe's is Smoking hot for the Meat! I am from Texas and we are serious about our BBQ. The portions were massive,... black eyed peas seasoned just right. Best ribs you will EVER eat! We travel a lot and I can?t eat ribs anywhere else, the bar is set here!! Recommend sharing as they... do give generous portions. We also like the pulled pork, and smoked ribeye. French Fries and fried okra are my choice for sides.The okra is like my Grandma made it!
